Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier service (DHL, TNT, UPS, DPD etc), you may select the best service that meets your needs during the checkout process. Simply select the carrier option that suits you. Also, note that it is cheaper to group your items into one order rather than having multiple orders for multiple items.
Please note that all our shipments are sent from EU warehouses meaning that all EU and EEA residents will receive prompt delivery without any delays. Deliveries outside of the EU might have delays due to customs regulations in your country. Non -EU residents might also incur import duties on products, these costs are related to your countries import laws. If you have any special delivery requirements please mention these on the check-out page and we will try to accommodate them.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees and insurance as well as courier costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in good condition.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please return it to us with all original packaging and we will either replace or refund the purchase.

THIMAME.COM offers a 14-day return policy on merchandise based on the following conditions:
Damaged Product Box
- If Customer receives damaged products; please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify THIMAME.COM immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged products. Please notify THIMAME.COM Customer Service at email@example.com of damaged products WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for THIMAME.COM to file a damage claim. Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product.
Non-Damaged/Non-Defective, Unopened Merchandise within 14 days of Original Purchase Date
- If you have non-defective merchandise which is unopened, we will issue an RMA # and will give you an address to ship the product to at your expense subject to a 25% restocking fee or more, depending on the item, manufacturer policies, and circumstances. Return shipping to us is at your expense.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
The customer can claim the remaining as a refund if he/she does not require a product replacement.
Non-Damaged/Defective, Opened Merchandise
- We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.
- If you have received defective merchandise you must contact THIMAME.COM within 2 days for replacement of defective merchandise with the exact same product.
- Customer is responsible for returning damaged or defective merchandise to THIMAME.COM.
- THIMAME.COM will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of the damaged or defective item.
- All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification.
Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE POLICIES
- Custom orders, bulk orders, volume licensing software, and other products designated as "This Sale Final", "No Returns", or similar language may not be returned.
